Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over CHF 70. For orders under CHF 70, a small shipping fee of CHF 3 applies, which will be shown at checkout. We also offer free bike courier service if you live in 8001, 8002, 8003, 8004 or 8008, just choose that option at checkout.

Because our products are food items, all sales are final once the package has been delivered. This protects every customer’s health and guarantees product freshness.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as promised, email us at contact@jakumatcha.ch within 48 hours. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Keep the tin tightly sealed, in a cool, dark place (cupboard or fridge), away from moisture and strong odours. For the best colour and flavour, use the powder within 60 days of opening; after that it’s still safe to use, but the aroma and vivid green shade will gradually fade.
