Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch all orders from Zurich, Switzerland. The exact delivery time and cost for your address are calculated and shown in the checkout.

Switzerland

Delivery is free on orders of 70.00 CHF or more. For bike-courier deliveries to postcodes 8001, 8002, 8003, 8004 and 8008 we charge a small fee of 2.00 CHF. All other orders incur a 4.00 CHF shipping fee.

• Standard PostPac Economy are delivered anywhere in Switzerland in 2–3 working days.
• Local bike courier orders are delivered in 2–3 working days. Bike courier orders are dropped directly in your mailbox and arrive without extra outer packaging. If no access to a mailbox can be guaranteed, the order can not be delivered.

Europe

For deliveries within Europe we charge a flat shipping fee of 9.00 CHF.

Customs duties / taxes
All packages are shipped from Switzerland. Shipping costs do not include customs fees or taxes that may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the regulations in your country as payment of these duties may be required to release your order.

Undeliverable or refused packages
Packages that cannot be delivered and are returned due to an incorrect delivery address or because they were not picked up at the post office for any reason are non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
